There are a few requirements in order to make you eligible for this enhancement
1) Email Restore is not a guaranteed service. If we’re unable to restore your email, you will be refunded 100% of the Simple Email restore service cost.
2) In order to complete an email restore the email box must exist or have been recreated.
3) You must give us the email address in question and the date it needs to be restored to.
4) Our backups are 1, 2, 3 days ago and 1, 2, 3 weeks ago. If the deletion occurred before that we will not have a backup to restore.
